At last, summer is here and those CSA gardens are thriving. Don’t you just LOVE fresh veggies? We get a great deal of our produce locally from Colby Farms and love to feature all kinds of vegetables in the meals we prepare. Our chef is very creative with vegetarian dishes.

But, every once in a while, you stumble upon something that is not a typical ingredient for you. Salsify? Kohlrabi? Sunchokes – What can you do with these?
